Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to EYFS and KS1 students, ensuring high standards of learning and achievement.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans that support the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, reduce workload, and enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to grow as an educator and leader.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development.
- Work closely with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS or KS1 education.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 curricula.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centered learning experiences.
- Commitment to the school’s values of hard work, independence, and enjoyment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and use of technology in the classroom.
- Experience with continuous professional development and coaching programs.
- Familiarity with flexible working arrangements and hybrid teaching models.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
