The Opportunity:

As an EYFS SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering creative, personalised lessons that support young learners with additional needs. You will be part of a dedicated team shaping a bespoke curriculum that focuses on emotional regulation, communication, and individual progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons tailored to individual and small group needs
• Support pupils in developing focus, communication, and emotional regulation
• Track and celebrate student progress through regular assessments and feedback
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support
• Contribute to the development and delivery of a bespoke curriculum
• Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and care teams

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and degree-level education
• Primary-trained with strong teaching fundamentals
• Calm, engaging, and emotionally resilient
• Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs

Preferred

• Experience working with pupils with SEN or ASC
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices
• Experience in curriculum development
