Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a dynamic and ambitious computing curriculum.
  • Support and enhance teaching and learning strategies across the department.
  • Foster professional development and continuous improvement for staff.
  • Ensure the academic progress and achievement of all students in computing.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and high standards in computing education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior educational role.
  • Strong subject knowledge in computing and technology.
  • Experience in curriculum development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a department or team in a school setting.
