Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the EYFS statutory framework.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and development.
• Continuously assess and monitor student progress in line with EYFS outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s mission of becoming the best international school in the world.
• Deliver specialist lessons in Arabic, PE, Music, and Library as part of a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Support students through continuous provision and 'I wonder' based learning.
• Work closely with Learning Support Practitioners to ensure the needs of all students are met.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good bachelor’s degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.
• Proven experience of teaching the EYFS statutory framework through Continuous Provision.
• Secure understanding of assessment and EYFS outcomes.
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and a positive, creative attitude.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with potential to achieve Qualified Teacher Status.
