Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education aligned with the National Curriculum for England and the Early Years Framework.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and personal development.
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that support individual and group learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning across the Early Years phase.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attainment.
  • Support the school’s ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters’ through positive engagement with students, parents, and the wider community.
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the school’s innovative curriculum, including AI and robotics projects for younger learners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
  • At least 3 years' experience of the National Curriculum for England.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with AI and robotics-based learning initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
