Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs (SEND).
• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote inclusion and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and support teams to ensure consistent support for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best-in-class methodologies.
• Contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with PCGE/PDGE in equivalent.
• Proven experience of teaching in primary classes with SEND.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• A proven track record of providing outstanding learning and teaching.

Preferred

• Experience with British Schools Overseas (BSO) accreditation or similar programs.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and UAE Ministry of Education curricula.
• Willingness to engage actively in extra-curricular and community-based events.
