Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or bachelor's degree in science or equivalent PCGE (biology).
• Proven experience in teaching Biology at the appropriate level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to the school's core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed.
• A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.

Preferred

• Experience with the National Curriculum for England or UAE Ministry of Education curricula.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Previous experience in a British school overseas.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community engagement.
• Experience with the iPGCE or NQT programme.
