Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education aligned with the National Curriculum for England and UAE standards
  • Plan and implement engaging, creative, and age-appropriate learning activities
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and students to support the holistic development of children
  • Contribute to the school's extra-curricular and community-based events
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individual needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and CPD opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A BEd or Bachelor's degree in Early Years or equivalent
  • Proven experience of teaching in primary classes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to role model core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students and staff

Preferred

  • Experience with the National Curriculum for England or UAE Ministry of Education
  • Experience with the NQT, QTS, or iPGCE programmes
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL)
