Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Humanities that align with the National Curriculum for England and UAE Ministry of Education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and student participation.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance student learning and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning and school-wide initiatives.
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities and community events that enrich the school culture and student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.

- Engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of educational best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A BEd or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Humanities or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Humanities at a relevant level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students and staff.
- A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.
Preferred
- Experience with the National Curriculum for England or UAE Ministry of Education curricula.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar qualifications.
- Familiarity with the BSO accreditation and NQT, QTS, or iPGCE programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire students through creative and engaging teaching methods.
- Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular activities and community-based events.
