As a Faculty Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to a key management role within the school. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth running of curriculum operations within the faculty
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to faculty management
  • Ensure excellent communication and compliance with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Support the delivery of student services and pastoral care
  • Liaise with students, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism

Required

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational or sixth form setting
