The Opportunity:

As the Head of Marketing and Admissions, you will lead and develop the marketing and admissions team, driving innovative campaigns and ensuring a high standard of service. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the school’s strong reputation and supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to meet recruitment targets.
  • Manage the production of the prospectus, refresh and maintain the school’s website, and deliver exceptional experiences during open days.
  • Provide first-class admissions support, offering sound information, advice, and guidance to applicants throughout the year.
  • Support feeder schools in meeting Gatsby benchmarks and other relevant standards.
  • Maintain and build upon the school’s strong reputation through consistent and high-quality service.
  • Organise and motivate a team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and track all marketing and admissions activities with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a marketing or admissions role within further education or a related sector.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent IT literacy and customer service skills.
  • Experience in developing and delivering marketing campaigns and managing admissions processes.

Preferred

  • Experience in the FE sector or a commercial marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in supporting feeder schools or working with external partners.
  • Familiarity with online application systems and admissions software.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £40,144 - £49,464 per annum.
