Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Geography lessons that inspire and engage students of all abilities.
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of geographical concepts through purposeful learning experiences.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress, using data to inform planning and differentiation.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners and promotes academic excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and share best practice.
• Communicate effectively with parents to provide regular updates on student progress and achievement.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A qualified Geography Teacher with a minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
• Experience delivering the National Curriculum for England is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A reflective and adaptable educator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and whole-school improvement.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international or culturally diverse setting.
• Familiarity with UAE culture and heritage.
