As the Head of Drama Teacher, you will lead the drama department and play a pivotal role in shaping the creative and academic experiences of students. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the drama department, ensuring alignment with the school's educational philosophy and curriculum standards.
• Develop and deliver concept-based units of inquiry with authentic assessment tasks in line with the IB MYP and IGCSE curricula.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students across all ability levels.
• Foster a constructivist learning environment that promotes autonomy, creativity, and student engagement.
• Promote international-mindedness and incorporate service learning into drama education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the development of the school community and curriculum.
• Teach other related subjects as required, based on departmental needs and personal expertise.
• Maintain high standards of organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience teaching senior school Drama, with IB MYP and IGCSE experience.
• Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and curriculum framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a teaching qualification.
• Relevant international teaching experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred
