Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the history department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop a challenging and inclusive curriculum.
  • Mentor and support teaching staff within the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in history education.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a department.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for history.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
