Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the library that aligns with the school’s educational goals.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the library’s extensive collection of over 100,000 books and digital resources.
• Lead a team of library staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Promote a culture of reading, research, and information literacy across the school community.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate library resources and services into the curriculum.
• Ensure the library is a welcoming, inclusive, and innovative space that supports student learning and engagement.
• Manage library budgets, procurement, and inventory systems efficiently.
• Stay current with trends in library science, technology, and educational resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in a library or educational setting.
• Strong background in library management, including collection development and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Experience in curriculum support and collaboration with teaching staff.
• Familiarity with modern library technologies and digital resources.
