Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate a forward-looking vision for the school, rooted in academic excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure the highest standards in teaching, learning, and student welfare, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of academic and professional colleagues, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Represent the school authentically and authoritatively to stakeholders, including parents, universities, and international partners.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure the school remains inspection-ready at all times.
  • Steward the school’s financial and operational performance with strategic judgment and commercial awareness.
  • Contribute to the wider leadership team of the CATS Global Schools group, sharing insight and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A distinguished academic background and teaching qualification with a sustained commitment to professional growth.
  • Significant senior leadership experience, including successful headship in an academically ambitious and culturally diverse setting.
  • Direct experience with ISI inspections and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance educational integrity with financial sustainability and growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills and personal presence, able to inspire confidence across all stakeholders.
