Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a forward-looking vision for the school, rooted in academic excellence and innovation.
- Ensure the highest standards in teaching, learning, and student welfare, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of academic and professional colleagues, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.
- Represent the school authentically and authoritatively to stakeholders, including parents, universities, and international partners.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure the school remains inspection-ready at all times.
- Steward the school’s financial and operational performance with strategic judgment and commercial awareness.
- Contribute to the wider leadership team of the CATS Global Schools group, sharing insight and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A distinguished academic background and teaching qualification with a sustained commitment to professional growth.
- Significant senior leadership experience, including successful headship in an academically ambitious and culturally diverse setting.
- Direct experience with ISI inspections and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance educational integrity with financial sustainability and growth.
- Outstanding communication skills and personal presence, able to inspire confidence across all stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in international education and a nuanced understanding of the needs of globally mobile learners.
- A strong track record in safeguarding, wellbeing, inclusivity, and ethical leadership.
