Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within education
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Commitment to inclusivity, equality, and student wellbeing
  • Willingness to develop knowledge in school operations and leadership

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum, pastoral, or SEND development
