Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within education
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive school culture
- Commitment to inclusivity, equality, and student wellbeing
- Willingness to develop knowledge in school operations and leadership
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum, pastoral, or SEND development
- Background in educational leadership or management
- Understanding of school improvement strategies
- Experience working in a secondary or community academy setting
