Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sustained school improvement and a clear vision for future success
- Develop and maintain a culture of high aspiration, achievement, and attainment
- Inspire and motivate staff and students to reach their full potential
- Promote and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
- Strengthen community, parent, and local partnership links
- Lead the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the Leadership Team and Governing Body to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure effective communication and leadership across all levels of the school
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership and school management
- Strong track record in driving school improvement and achieving positive outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
- Ability to develop and implement a compelling vision for the school
- Experience in managing large teams and leading strategic initiatives
Preferred
- Experience in working with diverse communities and fostering inclusive practices
- Background in curriculum development and staff training
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement frameworks
- Experience with pastoral care and student support systems
- Leadership in times of change or transition
