Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sustained school improvement and a clear vision for future success
• Develop and maintain a culture of high aspiration, achievement, and attainment
• Inspire and motivate staff and students to reach their full potential
• Promote and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Strengthen community, parent, and local partnership links
• Lead the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the Leadership Team and Governing Body to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure effective communication and leadership across all levels of the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in senior leadership and school management
• Strong track record in driving school improvement and achieving positive outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
• Ability to develop and implement a compelling vision for the school
• Experience in managing large teams and leading strategic initiatives

Preferred

• Experience in working with diverse communities and fostering inclusive practices
• Background in curriculum development and staff training
• Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement frameworks
• Experience with pastoral care and student support systems
• Leadership in times of change or transition
