Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a transdisciplinary curriculum aligned with the IB PYP framework
• Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB teaching approaches
• Use ManageBac for unit planning and student progress tracking
• Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment that promotes student growth and shared professional learning
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide events and initiatives
• Support student well-being through inclusive and supportive teaching practices
• Foster a culture of inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching within the IB PYP framework
• Strong understanding of the inquiry-based approach
• Proficiency in both English and Russian
• Experience in both individual and group teaching
• Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education

Preferred

• Experience with the IB PYP curriculum and assessment practices
• Familiarity with ManageBac or other digital learning platforms
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a bilingual educational setting
