Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging after-school activities and clubs for children.
• Support the organisation and management of the afternoon care programme.
• Coordinate and participate in activities during the all-day holiday programme.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children during the after-school hours.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and social interaction.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the programme.
• Maintain a flexible and responsive approach to meet the needs of children and the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with primary school children or current or completed training/studies in the social field.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
• Commitment to working in a bilingual and international atmosphere.
• Very good English language skills.

Preferred

• Experience in after-school or childcare settings.
• Knowledge of German language and culture.
• Ability to plan and lead creative and educational activities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
