As a Kindergarten Principal, you will lead and shape the educational experience of young learners in a dynamic, bilingual environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of care, upbringing, and education based on the Hessen education and development plan and the IB program
• Oversee all educational and administrative tasks and processes within the kindergarten
• Organize parents' evenings and discussions to foster strong community engagement
• Participate in staff selection, disciplinary management, and professional development of employees
• Coordinate internal training, further education, and external supervision
• Collaborate closely with the elementary school to ensure a smooth transition for children
• Supervise and organize pedagogical and administrative processes effectively

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Educator with a state-recognized qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role with responsibility for staff and operations
• Strong pedagogical knowledge and experience in working with parents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and openness to new ideas

Preferred

• Fluency in both German and English at a professional level
• Experience in an international or bilingual educational setting
• Background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program
• Familiarity with the Hessen education and development plan
