The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Teacher to join our Primary School in Steinbach (Taunus) near Frankfurt. This role offers the chance to shape young minds in a dynamic, international setting, using innovative teaching methods and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver imaginative and varied lessons that inspire student engagement and enthusiasm for learning
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and well-being
- Assess student work, prepare and correct deliverables, and contribute to report cards and academic evaluations
- Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and interests of students
- Organise, conduct, and follow up on parent-teacher conferences and meetings
- Participate actively in school events, conferences, and departmental meetings
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other professionals to support student development
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Certified primary teacher with a degree in education or equivalent, leading to a teacher qualification
- Experience in differentiated teaching methods that promote independent learning
- Strong understanding and ability to implement the school’s pedagogical approach
Preferred
- Experience in bilingual education, particularly in German and English
- Interest in developing and implementing new pedagogical concepts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in both English and German
