The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Teacher to join our Primary School in Steinbach (Taunus) near Frankfurt. This role offers the chance to shape young minds in a dynamic, international setting, using innovative teaching methods and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver imaginative and varied lessons that inspire student engagement and enthusiasm for learning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and well-being
  • Assess student work, prepare and correct deliverables, and contribute to report cards and academic evaluations
  • Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and interests of students
  • Organise, conduct, and follow up on parent-teacher conferences and meetings
  • Participate actively in school events, conferences, and departmental meetings
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other professionals to support student development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Certified primary teacher with a degree in education or equivalent, leading to a teacher qualification
  • Experience in differentiated teaching methods that promote independent learning
  • Strong understanding and ability to implement the school’s pedagogical approach

Preferred

  • Experience in bilingual education, particularly in German and English
  • Interest in developing and implementing new pedagogical concepts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in both English and German
