The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Pedagogical Support Assistant to join our team and help support students in a dynamic, bilingual setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and contributing to a positive, educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students 3 afternoons per week from 3pm to 6:15pm
• Plan and implement engaging after school club activities
• Support the organization of afternoon care programs
• Assist in planning and participating in all-day holiday programs during school breaks
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Provide individualized support to students in a small group setting
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
• Communicate regularly with management and other staff members

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Positive, attentive, and inclusive approach to working with children
• Experience working with primary school children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to working in a bilingual and international setting

Preferred

• Previous experience in a school or educational setting
• Familiarity with bilingual teaching environments
• Ability to plan and lead activities for children
• Interest in supporting students’ academic and social development
