Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, imaginative lessons in Mathematics, Physics, or ICT that align with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess student work, prepare and correct assignments, and provide feedback for report cards.
- Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
- Organise and conduct parent-teacher meetings and conferences to support student progress.
- Participate in school events, departmental meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and pedagogical concepts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related scientific field.
- Teaching certification and experience in STEM education.
- Strong proficiency in both English and German.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
Preferred
- Experience with bilingual education and international school settings.
- Familiarity with the German education system and the Abitur qualification.
- Experience with innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration.
- Interest in continuous professional development and pedagogical innovation.
