The Opportunity:

As an HR Specialist - Data and Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data and ensuring clear, consistent HR processes across the school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex systems into simple, user-friendly solutions and who is passionate about improving data integrity and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all HR systems as the single source of truth.
• Reduce reliance on spreadsheets by integrating SCR and compliance data into digital processes.
• Ensure HR filing on SharePoint is up to date and compliant with data protection and retention policies.
• Consolidate multiple data sources into accurate and complete employee records.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, Payroll, Senior HR Advisors, Bursars office, and Head’s office to implement strong data standards.
• Communicate process changes clearly and effectively to staff across the school.
• Identify and implement improvements to make HR systems more efficient and user-friendly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong experience with HR systems and data management.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of data protection and compliance regulations.
• Experience in managing and maintaining digital HR processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience in education or a similar sector.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and other document management systems.
• Knowledge of SCR and compliance data management.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and systems.
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
