As a Maths Teacher, you will play a key role in inspiring and educating students at Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers and experienced professionals to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that reflect current developments in education and the effective use of the Pupil Premium.
  • Support students in developing a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement in attainment.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities provided by the school and trust.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently in training as a teacher with placements at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong knowledge of current developments in education and the effective use of the Pupil Premium.
  • Ability to translate vision into practical teaching strategies.
  • Commitment to student achievement and academic excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4 with a track record of strong examination results.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
  • Experience working in a school with a diverse student population.
  • Experience with continuous professional development and training programs.
