Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies aligned with current educational developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status or currently in training with successful placement experience at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong record of teaching and the ability to deliver outstanding results.
  • Detailed knowledge of current developments in education.

  • Ability to translate vision into practical teaching strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Background in curriculum development or leadership roles.
