Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons that engage and challenge students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help students achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies aligned with current educational developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Support the school’s mission by promoting inclusivity, integrity, and a love of learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continue growing as an educator.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience.
- Ensure the effective use of resources, including the Pupil Premium, to support student achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status or currently in training with successful placement experience at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong record of teaching and the ability to deliver outstanding results.
- Detailed knowledge of current developments in education.

- Ability to translate vision into practical teaching strategies.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Background in curriculum development or leadership roles.
