- Drive forward pupil progress and achievement through effective teaching and assessment.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and curriculum expertise.
- Implement effective behaviour for learning techniques to create a positive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and take responsibility for individual and team development.
- Maintain strong organisational skills and manage classroom resources efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Foster a positive, 'can-do' attitude and contribute to a supportive school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience in behaviour management and classroom organisation.
Preferred
- Experience in primary education.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Experience working within an academy trust or multi-academy trust.
- Experience in leading or contributing to school improvement initiatives.
