Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum of England.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and personal growth.
• Plan and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure academic success.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that promote a well-rounded education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Support students in preparing for IGCSE, AS/A Level, and other relevant qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
• Exceptional subject knowledge in English and experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.
• Experience teaching IGCSE and AS/A Level qualifications.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• A strong commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Preferred

• Experience with the IB Diploma Programme.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Fluency in additional languages.
