The Opportunity:

As an Instructional Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and improve instructional practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach all Grade teachers to enhance instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
• Support the Head of Arabic Studies with coaching Arabic and Islamic teachers.
• Model outstanding lessons and lead professional development initiatives.
• Attend weekly Middle Leadership Team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Promote and lead Social, Environmental, and Innovation initiatives.
• Conduct termly lesson observations and regular learning walks.
• Develop and implement a professional development plan for the school.
• Assist with the induction of new staff and support teaching up to 10 lessons per week.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree with evidence of further study or professional development.
• Minimum of five years’ teaching experience with prior leadership responsibility.
• Excellent organisational skills and a sound understanding of US Curriculum pedagogy.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Preferred

• Experience in coaching and mentoring teachers.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, American, or British.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading innovation and social initiatives within an educational setting.
