Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise student behavior in hallways, common areas, and during transitions between classes.
• Ensure students follow school rules and maintain a respectful and orderly environment.
• Assist in directing students to their classes and managing traffic flow during school hours.
• Monitor for safety hazards and report any incidents to school administration promptly.
• Respond to conflicts, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner.
• Support teachers and staff in maintaining discipline during breaks and lunch periods.
• Maintain accurate records of student behavior and submit reports as required.
• Act as a positive role model, promoting respect, responsibility, and student well-being.
• Communicate effectively with parents to ensure clear and consistent student support.
• Support student attendance, punctuality, and reflection time activities.
• Assist with whole school culture initiatives and staff professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum high school education.
• Experience working with students, with teaching or teaching assistant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Preferred

• Knowledge of child safety and basic first aid.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Experience with restorative practices or student mentorship.
