The Opportunity:

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s mission through the delivery of robust and innovative IT systems. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the technological infrastructure that supports teaching, learning, and administrative operations across a large and growing educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the school’s educational goals and technological needs.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the school’s data and systems.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends to enhance the school’s IT capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management within an educational or large organization setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network systems, servers, and cloud solutions.
  • Ability to manage and lead IT projects from planning to implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with educational technology and learning management systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience with cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of IT professionals.
