Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and academic success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a creative, skills-based, and thematic approach to learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress using the National Curriculum of England standards.
• Support students in a multicultural and international setting, promoting curiosity and a love of learning.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and career growth.
• Deliver specialist lessons in subjects such as Arabic, Islamic Studies, PE, Music, and Library.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good bachelor’s degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.
• Experience of teaching the English National Curriculum.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Primary Assessment.
• A genuine passion for teaching, with enthusiasm, creativity, and energy.
• Strong team spirit and a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the school’s mission.

Preferred

• Experience with Talk 4 Writing and Read-Write-Inc teaching programs.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with the potential to achieve Qualified Teacher Status.
