Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
• Ensure the implementation of safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
• Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a minimum of two years teaching experience.
• A B.Ed or BA degree in a core Primary subject with PGCE.
• Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Proficient use of ICT in teaching and learning.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and practices.

Preferred

• Experience in fostering a caring and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Background in innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Experience contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular involvement.
