Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high-quality lessons within Key Stage 2.
- Support colleagues in the development of teaching and learning strategies.
- Contribute to curriculum design and improvement across the school.
- Promote a structured, disciplined, and purposeful learning environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of classroom practice and student achievement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other staff members.
- Monitor and assess student progress effectively.
- Engage in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Key Stage 2.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, and the Sciences.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a school setting.
- Commitment to high academic standards and student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum development and school improvement projects.
- Familiarity with the Wembley Multi Academy Trust and its values.
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-academy trust environment.
- Proven track record in driving academic success and raising student attainment.
