• Ensure the highest standards of classroom practice and student achievement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other staff members.
• Monitor and assess student progress effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Key Stage 2.
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, and the Sciences.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a school setting.
• Commitment to high academic standards and student achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience in curriculum development and school improvement projects.
• Familiarity with the Wembley Multi Academy Trust and its values.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-academy trust environment.
• Proven track record in driving academic success and raising student attainment.
