Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and relevant lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.

  • Mark, assess, and report on pupils' progress and development regularly.
  • Model and uphold the school’s values, vision, and ethos at all times.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and foster strong relationships within the school community.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.
  • Ensure effective curriculum coverage, continuity, and progression for all students.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of subject delivery through planning, resource audits, and data analysis.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices.
  • Maintain a culture of safeguarding and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience.

  • Experience in delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons.
