Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.
- Ensure effective curriculum coverage, continuity, and progression for all students.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of subject delivery through planning, resource audits, and data analysis.
- Lead acts of collective worship in line with the school’s values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices.
- Maintain a culture of safeguarding and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Experience in delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a subject or classroom team.
- Familiarity with current educational trends and best practices.
