Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in KS1 education.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with The Learning Orchard curriculum or similar bespoke approaches.
- Involvement in co-curricular activities and school events.
- Experience in developing literacy and oracy skills in young learners.
