Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging art lessons that align with early years curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with Chinese and international colleagues to plan and implement a bilingual learning experience.
- Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and self-expression.
- Support the development of students' language skills through interactive and imaginative activities.
- Work closely with assistants and colleagues to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience.
- Encourage outdoor exploration and creative play to enhance learning and development.
- Participate in school-wide events and co-curricular activities to contribute to a thriving community.
- Stay updated with local educational standards and integrate new teaching technologies into lesson planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A formal teaching qualification with experience in early years or lower primary education.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to progressive early education.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to school development.
- Willingness to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards and new technologies.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
