The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Art and Design lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities
- Develop and implement a creative curriculum that aligns with school values and educational standards
- Support students with barriers to learning and help them achieve their full potential
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the federation to share best practices and resources
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities and events
- Stay up to date with current trends and developments in Art and Design education
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Art and Design education
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Commitment to student achievement and personal development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across a federation of schools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs
Preferred
- Experience in delivering creative and innovative Art and Design lessons
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment in Art and Design
- Familiarity with the use of digital tools in creative education
