Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the British curriculum and support student progress.
- Design and implement innovative, student-centred learning experiences that promote critical thinking and creativity.
- Assess student performance regularly and use data to inform teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive and dynamic curriculum across the school.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, integrity, and collaboration.
- Support the holistic development of students through pastoral care and engagement in co-curricular activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant degree and qualified teacher status (QTS or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the UK or British international sector.
- Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and experience teaching a diverse, international student cohort.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding classroom practice and drive student progress.
- Commitment to the core values of scholarship, integrity, respect, courage, collaboration, and inclusivity.
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and the use of technology in the classroom.
- Background in pastoral care and student support.
- Experience with the Cognita network or similar international education organisations.
- Fluency in additional languages.
