Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the National Curriculum for England.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that support the holistic development of young children.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and staff wellbeing programs.
- Maintain a safe and secure learning environment, adhering to all safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Support the school’s mission of ‘Enjoy, Aspire, Achieve’ through positive and inspiring teaching practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- High Quality Degree in FS/Primary Teaching (Must be MOFA Attested).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Must be MOFA Attested).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the National Curriculum for England in the UK or UAE.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced international, multicultural, and demanding environment.
- Proven track record of outstanding results and confidence in teaching.
Preferred
- Experience teaching in an international setting.
- Experience with extra-curricular activities and student engagement.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and its adaptation in an international context.
