Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that support the holistic development of young children.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and staff wellbeing programs.
  • Maintain a safe and secure learning environment, adhering to all safeguarding and child protection policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • High Quality Degree in FS/Primary Teaching (Must be MOFA Attested).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Must be MOFA Attested).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the National Curriculum for England in the UK or UAE.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced international, multicultural, and demanding environment.
  • Proven track record of outstanding results and confidence in teaching.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international setting.
  • Experience with extra-curricular activities and student engagement.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and its adaptation in an international context.
