The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced KS1 Primary Teacher to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners within a dynamic and supportive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the British curriculum for Key Stage 1.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
  • Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and provide support for EAL students.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and contribute to the school’s growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and co-teachers to ensure student success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE from a UK provider in Primary education.
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching in the British system at Key Stage 1.
  • Native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Willingness to support students’ personal and academic growth.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (EAL).
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching approaches and technologies.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to school-wide initiatives or professional development programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between €27,000 and €32,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Permanent full-time contract starting August 25, 2026.
