The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced KS1 Primary Teacher to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners within a dynamic and supportive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the British curriculum for Key Stage 1.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and provide support for EAL students.
- Commit to continuous professional development and contribute to the school’s growth and improvement.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and co-teachers to ensure student success.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE from a UK provider in Primary education.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching in the British system at Key Stage 1.
- Native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
- Willingness to support students’ personal and academic growth.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (EAL).
- Familiarity with innovative teaching approaches and technologies.
- Experience in leading or contributing to school-wide initiatives or professional development programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between €27,000 and €32,000 per year, based on experience.
- Permanent full-time contract starting August 25, 2026.
