Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the school’s carefully developed curriculum
  • Support the school’s commitment to maintaining high standards of attainment and enrichment
  • Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and specialist consultants
  • Run a lunchtime club to enhance student engagement and learning
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills in the classroom
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the curriculum
  • Maintain excellent communication with parents and colleagues
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A passion for and expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong leadership and classroom management skills
  • A proven track record of success in teaching
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A commitment to driving high standards of attainment
  • Resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of moral purpose

Preferred

  • Experience with National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)
  • Experience with Teaching English as an Additional Language (TEAL)
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Experience in delivering CPD or coaching
