The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning that meets the needs of all students.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the curriculum in line with the school’s mission and values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the professional growth of the teaching team.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
- Support the pastoral and spiritual development of students within a Catholic framework.
- Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and other school activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
- Engage in reflective practice and professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS2 education.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to raise achievement across a range of abilities.
- Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Experience in delivering high-quality teaching that meets the Teachers’ Standards.
Preferred
- Experience in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
- Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and engagement.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
