The Opportunity:
As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will help shape the school’s public image and support its strategic goals through creative and impactful marketing efforts. This role is central to promoting the school’s achievements and attracting prospective families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns aligned with strategic priorities
- Manage and develop the school’s social media presence with planned, purposeful content
- Create high-quality content that showcases the school’s strengths and values
- Manage and optimise website content to enhance user experience and SEO performance
- Monitor and evaluate digital activity using data and audience insights
- Write and distribute press releases and features to support the school’s reputation
- Collaborate on creative content production, including photography and videography
- Produce targeted newsletters and email communications for prospective and current families
- Support the production of marketing materials such as prospectuses and brochures
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Ability to create content that aligns with brand messaging and tone of voice
- Proficiency in SEO and website content management
- Experience with analytics tools and data interpretation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Preferred
- Experience in educational marketing or PR
- Background in content creation for schools or similar organisations
- Familiarity with video and photography production
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
