Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the drama department, ensuring high-quality teaching and student engagement.

- Organize and oversee co-curricular drama activities, including productions and events.

- Ensure the safe and effective use of drama facilities and resources.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a drama or arts department.
- Strong background in drama education and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and delivery.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
- Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational institution with a strong arts focus.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing drama programs.
- Knowledge of theatre production and stage management.
- Experience with student mentoring and pastoral care.
- Fluency in multiple languages or experience working in international schools.
