Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the drama department, ensuring high-quality teaching and student engagement.

  • Organize and oversee co-curricular drama activities, including productions and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development and delivery.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
  • Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational institution with a strong arts focus.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing drama programs.
  • Knowledge of theatre production and stage management.
  • Experience with student mentoring and pastoral care.
  • Fluency in multiple languages or experience working in international schools.
