Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality mathematics instruction aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).

- Design and implement assessments that measure student progress and support learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student achievement.
- Support student well-being and foster a positive classroom culture.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to ensure student success.
- Stay current with best practices in mathematics education and pedagogy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- A valid teaching qualification or certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
- Strong knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and inquiry-based instruction.
Preferred
- Experience with international curricula, such as the IB or Cambridge programs.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
