Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Physics and Mathematics lessons to students across Years 7 to 13.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote student engagement and academic achievement.
• Support the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme by contributing to student well-being and enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Prepare and assess students in line with the IGCSE, IBDP, and A Level curricula.
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and colleagues.
• Encourage a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Physics and Mathematics at the secondary level.
• Ability to teach across Years 7 to 13.
• Experience with IGCSE and/or IBDP/A Level curricula.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student welfare and a collaborative team approach.

Preferred

• Experience in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with the British independent schooling system.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in curriculum development.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
