Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to students of all abilities.

  • Work collaboratively with experienced staff to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and specialism in science and business.

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
  • Eligibility to train as a teacher in the UK.
  • A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in teaching or education-related roles.
  • Experience with teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Experience with character development and pastoral care.
