The Opportunity:

As a Maths Leader of Learning UAE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping student success through high-quality teaching and leadership. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the UAE, with the flexibility to engage in hybrid teaching when required. You will be part of a global team, delivering impactful lessons to students across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and motivate students with purposeful subject knowledge and high-quality teaching.
• Support the self-evaluation of the school’s effectiveness and drive improvement initiatives.
• Promote student progress and well-being through personalized guidance and support.
• Contribute to assessments, reports, and references for students in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in staff meetings, continuous professional development, and collaborative learning initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to ensure student success.
• Develop and enhance teaching resources to improve course delivery and student engagement.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and serve as a role model for colleagues and students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in teaching Maths up to Year 13.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and student well-being.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic environments.
• Experience in state or independent school sectors.
• Computer literacy and ability to teach online using technology applications.
• Experience in creating and reviewing teaching resources.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Background in primary, secondary, or college education sectors.
• Passion for online teaching and student development.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: AED 176,760 - AED 208,675.
